Damir Kamber
Damir Kamber brings a hospitality-driven mindset and an investor’s discipline to his role as an Investor Agent in the Atlanta market. A graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Business and Hospitality, Damir spent more than fifteen years in the restaurant industry before transitioning into real estate — a natural move for someone who thrives on relationships, service, and high standards.
An active real estate investor since 2007, Damir understands the business from both sides of the table. He and his family own two single-family rental properties in metro Atlanta and a short-term rental cabin in Dahlonega, giving him firsthand insight into long-term holds, cash flow strategy, and property performance. He earned his sales license in 2020 and focuses on helping clients think strategically about building wealth through real estate.
Damir is passionate about generational wealth, mentorship, and surrounding himself with the right people. He believes real estate is one of the most powerful tools for long-term financial growth and is guided by the principles, “Do the right thing and do things right,” and “Trust, but verify.” Solution-driven and collaborative, he enjoys bringing new ideas to the table and working alongside agents and investors who are serious about growth.
Introduced to Auben through Atlanta Market Leader Blake Collier, Damir was drawn to the culture of collaboration and the brokerage’s investment-focused opportunities. He appreciates being part of a team that values relationships, education, and long-term thinking.
Outside of real estate, Damir is a devoted husband to Aida and father to two daughters, Sara and Maya. A lifelong soccer enthusiast and Arsenal FC supporter, he also enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time near the water. His long-term vision includes continuing to build wealth for his family while living part of each year between the U.S. and Europe.
Blake Collier
With two decades of experience in real estate, specifically 12 years in the Atlanta market, Blake brings deep local knowledge, seasoned negotiation skills, and a results driven approach to every transaction. Serving clients across metro Atlanta and North Georgia, Blake has successfully guided hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors through changing market cycles with confidence.
Blake works with a diverse range of clients, from first time homebuyers and growing families to seasoned investors, providing strategic insight tailored to each client’s needs and goals. His expertise spans multiple property types and asset classes, including single family homes, investment portfolios, land, and income producing real estate.
As an active real estate investor himself, Blake offers clients a unique, real-world perspective. He’s owned and self-managed for both short-term and long-term rentals, giving him firsthand knowledge of acquisition, financing, property management, cash-flow analysis, and value-add opportunities. This hands-on experience allows him to help investors identify deals, mitigate risk, and maximize returns.
Outside of real estate, Blake enjoys attending Atlanta sporting events, concerts and festivals, attending and serving his local church and community in Alpharetta, cheering on his beloved soccer club Arsenal, and traveling and spending time with his wife and 4 daughters.
Jason Weathers
Jason recently relocated from Charlotte, NC and has been pleasantly surprised to see how much his hometown has grown since he graduated from UT-Chattanooga in 2008.
His previous experience includes real estate sales in SC & NC, and property management where he worked with investors for over five years.

Jason loves being outdoors, and enjoys running along the Chattanooga Riverwalk in his free time. As a dog owner, and advocate for pet rescue and adoption, Jason also lends support to McKamey Animal Center in Chattanooga.
