Damir Kamber

Damir Kamber brings a hospitality-driven mindset and an investor’s discipline to his role as an Investor Agent in the Atlanta market. A graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Business and Hospitality, Damir spent more than fifteen years in the restaurant industry before transitioning into real estate — a natural move for someone who thrives on relationships, service, and high standards.

An active real estate investor since 2007, Damir understands the business from both sides of the table. He and his family own two single-family rental properties in metro Atlanta and a short-term rental cabin in Dahlonega, giving him firsthand insight into long-term holds, cash flow strategy, and property performance. He earned his sales license in 2020 and focuses on helping clients think strategically about building wealth through real estate.

Damir is passionate about generational wealth, mentorship, and surrounding himself with the right people. He believes real estate is one of the most powerful tools for long-term financial growth and is guided by the principles, “Do the right thing and do things right,” and “Trust, but verify.” Solution-driven and collaborative, he enjoys bringing new ideas to the table and working alongside agents and investors who are serious about growth.

Introduced to Auben through Atlanta Market Leader Blake Collier, Damir was drawn to the culture of collaboration and the brokerage’s investment-focused opportunities. He appreciates being part of a team that values relationships, education, and long-term thinking.

Outside of real estate, Damir is a devoted husband to Aida and father to two daughters, Sara and Maya. A lifelong soccer enthusiast and Arsenal FC supporter, he also enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time near the water. His long-term vision includes continuing to build wealth for his family while living part of each year between the U.S. and Europe.

With over 12 years in commercial and residential real estate investments and consulting, Phuong has brought grit, knowledge and an unmatched passion for real estate to our experienced team here at Auben. As a real estate investor himself, since 2009, Phuong believes in developing a positive growing community through real estate. With multiple degrees in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the School of Architecture & Planning, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Management Information Systems from the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia, Phuong has a skillset that helps keep him on the cusp of the newest innovations in real estate.

We find it wildly appropriate that Phuong’s favorite color is orange and not just because it’s the color of Auben. He said he loves orange because “You see this color during the golden hour and reminds me of my favorite season (fall).”

Phuong believes in working hard, holding himself and others to the highest ethical standards and his work ethic has already earned him accolades and in his own words: “Since I’ve joined the team I’ve done more than $3 million in transactions in just 3 months time and some are (directly) thanks to Auben!”

In the next 10 years Phuong says he could see himself developing sustainable communities and educate others on the importance of real estate investing.
