Chris started in real estate straight out of college and quickly earned a role on a sales team for new home construction. After a couple of years (and because of the market crash) he took on a new job with a local property management company. During his tenure he learned a lot which led to his professional introduction to selling investment real estate and working with investors. Having had the experience to see what happened on the back end with property management, Chris then began to really focus on investor sales.

After working with another firm for a couple of years, Chris landed at Auben Columbia, SC. Chris brings more than 15 years of experience in many different forms of real estate, including residential sales, new home sales, property management, multifamily, and land sales. Having had many experiences, in various areas of property sales and management Chris says, ” I love the fact that Auben is investor focused. It fits me perfectly and I believe they do it better than anyone.”

Chris finds himself inspired by other real estate investors. Listening and learning to the many different ways investors approach this business has given Chris a unique point of view which we value very much here at Auben.

Outside of real estate, Blake enjoys attending Atlanta sporting events, concerts and festivals, attending and serving his local church and community in Alpharetta, cheering on his beloved soccer club Arsenal, and traveling and spending time with his wife and 4 daughters.
